Hippos Dispensary Scratch-Off Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid, government-issued photo ID.
Participation is limited to individuals legally permitted to purchase cannabis products in Missouri.
Employees of Hippos Cannabis Dispensary, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on March 27, 2025 and ends on April 30, 2025.
3. How to Participate
Eligible customers will receive one scratch-off card per qualifying purchase during the promotion period.
No purchase necessary to participate. To obtain a scratch-off card without making a purchase, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a signed statement that includes your first name, last name, legal home address in Missouri, your date of birth, your phone number and email address along with a signed statement verifying that you are age 21 or older the address below to receive a scratcher at no cost to this address:

4. Prizes
Prizes range from discounts to merchandise.
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize ranges from $1 to $10.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Prize Redemption
Scratch-off cards will reveal instantly whether the participant has won a prize.
To redeem a prize, present the winning scratch-off card to a staff member at Hippos Dispensary by December 31, 2025.
All prizes must be claimed in person at the same Hippos dispensary location (Chesterfield, Springfield or Columbia) wherein you received the ticket.
6. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize. Prizes valued over $600 will require the winner to complete a W-9 form, and a 1099 form will be issued for tax reporting purposes.
8. General Conditions
Hippos Dispensary reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Hippos Dispensary is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prize claims.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hippos Dispensary, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Winners List
A record of prize winners, including names and addresses, will be maintained and made available upon request, in compliance with Missouri law.
