Infused Stuffing for Thanksgiving

(an easy cannabis-infused recipe)

Filling Ingredients:

(Makes about 8 servings) 

8 tablespoons canna-butter (Orange Walker or Jelly Rancher)
1-2 yellow onion, peeled, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1½ lb. bread, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon sage
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon salt
1 black pepper 
1-2 cups hot stock of choice *chicken or vegetable* 

 

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Heat the regular butter and canna-butter in a large skillet. Add onion, celery, and garlic and cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes.*nice caramelization* 
  3. Put the onion mixture into a large bowl. Add the bread, parsley, sage, rosemary, salt, and pepper.  Add the stock and mix well. 
  4. Place the stuffing on a large baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes. *Until golden brown* Serve hot.

Pro Tip from Kristopher: Once you make your cannabis butter you can add it to your favorite recipes. Whatever amount your recipe calls for, cut it half with butter and half with cannabutter. 

Vegan or Dairy Allergy Tip: You can use vegan butter or coconut oil to make the cannabutter. You can also make canna oil using coconut oil. For true vegans, you can substitute apple sauce for eggs. 

Consumption Tip: I would always caution do not overdose yourself. You may not feel it after the first bite, or even within the first hour. Onset consumption may last up to six hours.
